Guided by Faith & Structure

Public Impact Overview

Our Mission

God’s Army Motorcycle Ministry exists to restore men in crisis through faith‑based recovery, vocational training, spiritual mentorship, and transitional housing. We believe every man has God‑given potential for transformation, and we provide the tools, brotherhood, and hope to help him rebuild his life.

Our Vision

A flourishing network of Disciple Houses across Oklahoma and beyond — safe havens where men find healing, discipleship, and a path to independence. Through Christ‑centered recovery and community support, we aim to lead the way in faith‑driven renewal.

Our Model

We integrate four pillars into every program:

  • Restoration‑First Recovery: Stabilizing emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual needs.

  • Vocational Training: Practical skills and job placement to foster independence.

  • Spiritual Mentorship: Daily discipleship and one‑on‑one guidance.

  • Transitional Housing (Disciple Houses): Structured sober living with accountability and life‑skills training.

Growth Milestones

We grow in phases, each milestone expanding impact:

  • $50,000: Launch first Disciple House, pilot recovery program.

  • $100,000: Add staff, expand vocational partnerships.

  • $250,000: Full programming with training center and mentorship.

  • $500,000: Open second house, add counselors, invest in technology.

  • $1,000,000: Acquire property, replicate program in new cities.

Leadership & Governance

  • Executive Directors (3): Hold final authority for all binding decisions.

  • Advisory Board: Provides counsel, expertise, and community connections.

  • Staff & Volunteers: Counselors, trainers, mentors, and house managers.

This structure ensures accountability, transparency, and mission fidelity while keeping decision‑making streamlined and effective.

Sustainability

We diversify revenue to remain strong and independent:

  • Individual donations and recurring gifts

  • Church partnerships

  • Corporate sponsorships

  • Grants and foundations

  • Fundraising events and rides

  • Social enterprise opportunities

No single income stream exceeds 35% of annual revenue, protecting long‑term stability.

Measuring Impact

We track outcomes at every stage:

  • Short‑term: Number of men served, program completion rates.

  • Medium‑term: Employment and housing stability at 90/180/365 days.

  • Long‑term: Sustained sobriety, family restoration, reduced recidivism.

Results are shared through dashboards, annual impact reports, and public transparency.

Expansion Blueprint

Our model is designed to replicate:

  1. Pilot and optimize.

  2. Document and systemize.

  3. Recruit and train local leaders.

  4. Build partnerships.

  5. Monitor outcomes to maintain fidelity.

Conclusion

God’s Army Motorcycle Ministry is guided by faith and strengthened by structure. With Christ at the center, strong leadership, and a replicable model, we are restoring lives, building communities, and expanding hope across Oklahoma and beyond.
